Microsoft 365 Expert Opportunity Secure, Optimize and Modernize Microsoft Ecosystems as a Trusted Specialist. Join our team in delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions to global clients. As a specialist in M365 administration, engineering or consulting with hands-on experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), you will take ownership of operational, architectural, administrative and consultative responsibilities across enterprise M365 environments. You'll work directly with clients to keep their Microsoft 365 ecosystems secure, compliant, cost-efficient and aligned with evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Leading monthly environment reviews and recommending strategic improvements for Secure Score, license optimization, usage insights and product roadmap updates. Designing and maintaining Microsoft 365 architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices. Configuring and deploying M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and Entra ID. Monitoring service health, telemetry and usage to proactively resolve issues. Performing incident, request and change management activities. Contributing to documentation including configuration designs and operational procedures. Collaborating in change control, adoption and stabilization meetings. Coordinating with Microsoft Support when escalations are required. What We're Looking For: 5+ years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration, engineering or consulting. Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD). Strong understanding of governance, compliance and security best practices in M365. Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft licensing, consumption and usage reporting. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, automation and M365 monitoring tools. Ability to conduct environmental health checks and present improvement recommendations. Experience working in a customer-facing or MSP environment.
