Marketing Associate - Remote Work at BairesDev . BDev Ventures is a global venture capital firm that invests in B2B software companies across a range of industries. As a minority investor, we provide capital and strategic support to accelerate growth through our proprietary lead generation platform. We partner with startups that typically have $400K to $600K in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and strong growth potential.

Beyond capital, we offer hands-on mentorship, strategic guidance, and operational support to portfolio companies. We focus on helping the next generation of innovative B2B software companies thrive in the US and LATAM. BDev Ventures is backed by the founders of BairesDev.

The Marketing Associate at the VC fund will manage the fund's marketing initiatives, including social media, events, and PR, to enhance brand visibility and attract high-quality deal flow. This role offers the opportunity to engage with startups, build industry relationships, and contribute to strategic marketing efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage social media presence.
  • Provide remote event support for industry conferences and networking activities.
  • Develop thought leadership content and initiatives.
  • Facilitate LP communication.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing at a startup or VC.
  • Experience working on a small marketing team.
  • Advanced level of English.
