Sr. QA Engineering Specialist We seek a meticulous Sr. QA Engineer with extensive experience in automated and manual testing. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to design and execute test plans, build automated test suites, and champion quality across the entire software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and potential risks. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance scenarios. Perform manual testing for exploratory, usability, and edge-case scenarios. Test Automation Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback. Monitor and maintain test results, ensuring failures are triaged quickly. Defect Tracking & Reporting Log, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Linear). Partner with developers to reproduce, debug, and verify fixes. Provide clear reporting on test coverage, pass/fail rates, and quality trends. Quality Advocacy Participate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to identify potential issues early. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent defects.
