**What You'll Do**
- Edit short-form videos (30-60 sec) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Work with AI avatar + voiceover content, re-rolling to get the right takes, tweaking timing, and testing new looks.
- Collaborate daily with our founder and creative team to experiment, ideate, and execute.
- Create social content optimized for platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Help build systems and workflows that make our AI content engine run smoother.
- Stay plugged into the latest trends in AI, content, and creator culture and bring fresh ideas to the table weekly.
**You're a fit if**
- You're available for EST hours.
- You're proficient in English to communicate with the team.
- You have a strong sense of storytelling, pace, and attention to detail.Comfortable working with evolving workflows and tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.
- You have a stable internet setup and a wired connection.
**Compensation**
Our baseline rate is $50 per edited short-form video (under 60s). That said, we're open to discussion for editors who:
- Have strong motion graphics or animation skills
- Bring deep understanding of social media formats and trends
- Are highly organized and efficient, able to turn edits around quickly
- Take feedback seriously and don't need the same note twice
- Have a proven track record in agency, brand, or high-output environments
