The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping Adobe's marketing efforts in Brazil as part of the Growth Analytics team. Analyze the performance marketing campaigns across the funnel. Collaborating with the Integrated Marketing team in São Paulo and Analysts and Data Scientists in the US. Partner with Product Marketing to understand the strategy and work closely with Media teams and agencies to develop actionable recommendations. What you'll Do
Lead analysis and reporting on full funnel marketing campaigns, deeply understanding the core strategy and media results across paid marketing and social campaigns.
Drive weekly campaign performance narratives across all layers of the marketing funnel.
Influence senior executives in marketing with a focus on LATAM to come up with experiments and strategies to drive growth.
Build out planning and forecasting critical metrics such as visits, orders, and other significant metrics for paid media and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with teams in the US who specialize in Marketing Mix Modeling, to interpret campaign performance and drive insights for quarterly media planning.
Cultivate strong connections with media teams, to leverage takeaways and measurement frameworks for Brazil.
Provide clarity to Brazil business partners on how our measurement frameworks work.
Experience in communicating with senior leaders and able to constructively lead expectations and set the priorities for the insights team in region.
Be an authority on Adobe Analytics, using that data to drive insights on campaign performance like user journey analysis.
Lead quarterly spend forecasts, target setting for performance marketing campaigns and weekly reporting.
Prioritize marketing analytics resources by understanding the business needs and insights for driving growth.
Design experiments to help measure campaigns like match market tests or publisher tests. What you need to succeed
8+ years confirmed experience driving paid media measurement for large B2C brands leading and growing analytics teams in Brazil.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record to articulate strategy and insights at every level of the company.
Extensive experience in marketing analytics, especially in the areas of Adobe Analytics, FlashTalking, Adobe Media Optimizer, etc. to drive audience insights, targeting, and personalization.
Strong analytical skills including trend analysis, opportunity sizing, A/B test read and impact assessment. SQL skills required.
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and work with cross-functional teams.
