**ABOUT YOU**
Strong campaign management, analytics, and targeting skills are essential, along with experience running multi-channel campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Telegram. The ability to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and experiment with outreach strategies will be key to your success in this role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build and manage paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Telegram, Google, and other platforms) to attract high-value accounts and personas.
- Create organic content and lead social media campaigns to boost visibility and interest.
- Execute ABM tactics: audience segmentation, personalized outreach via paid ads, A/B testing of channels and messaging.
- Build top-of-funnel dashboards and analytics funnels to track reach, clicks, CPL, and engagement metrics.
- Track paid media budgets, performance KPIs, and campaign-level analytics.
- Operate internal systems (Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Anaplan, Zip) to manage execution workflows and collaborate across teams.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Solid years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (preferably in B2B or tech industries).
- Proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
- Solid understanding of ABM tactics, including audience targeting, message customization, and A/B testing.
- Experience with paid media placements and sponsored content in relevant industry publications.
- Strong skills in building top-of-funnel dashboards and tracking key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, engagement, etc.).
- Experience with budget tracking, KPI reporting, and ROI analysis for paid channels.
- Proficiency in internal systems like Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Anaplan, Zip, or similar workflow tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Russian is mandatory.
