**DOGA** has more than 60 years of experience in the development and production of automotive components. With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a **Controller Analyst**, reporting directly to our main controller as a member of DOGA's Finance & Accounting department.
**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- Tax and accounting control.
- Monitor costs and identify variations for containment.
- Analyze classifications in accounts, cost centers, internal orders, and allocations to correct allocation.
- Monitor, perform, and analyze monthly accounting/financial closings regarding payment and bank accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly closing books.
- Provide support to audits and assist in verifying balance sheet data.
- Prepare monthly closing reports.
- Review and improve procedures.
- Optimize system usage by promoting improvements.
**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar.
- Experience as analyst in the Controlling, Accounting, or Auditing areas.
- High level of both oral and written English and Spanish desirable.
- Knowledge of MEGA / SENIOR Systems desirable.
- Organization, proactivity, sense of priority.
