**The Work You'll Do**:
- _More specifically, you will:_
- Lead the team in building highly scalable solutions across our portfolio, including shared services used globally.
- Develop technical design documents and blueprints for the adoption of components and services, including UI libraries and platform experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure project specifications are complete, clearly understood by the Technology team, and that the final product meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in shipping and maintaining component libraries and shared services.
- Work as an agile architect in a Scrum-based development environment.
- Partner with other architects and senior technology leaders across the company to ensure coordinated and efficient technology adoption.
**What We Need From You**
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, design, estimation, and technical project leadership.
- Proven ability to guide and support teams in software product development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical expertise in JavaScript and modern UI frameworks, with experience in Java and.NET service-oriented systems.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while also working independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with sound business acumen and executive presence.
