What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive investigator engagement and manage site performance throughout the clinical trial process
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies to enhance enrollment and improve trial outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on clinical trial priorities and operational strategies
  • Capture critical insights from sites to optimize study design and conduct
  • Represent investigator engagement with regulatory bodies and contribute to clinical trial landscape shaping
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, clinical, or health-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and trial lifecycle
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals
  • Willingness to travel extensively (60-80%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc)
  • Experience directly influencing clinical site performance and driving enrollment success
  • Familiarity with local clinical research ecosystems and standards of care
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages as needed
