Marketing Associate Role The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting core digital marketing campaigns from a remote location. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in digital tools, and a keen eye for detail. Primary responsibilities include: Content Planning: Develop daily content plans across key social media platforms to boost brand visibility. Email Campaign Management: Set up, schedule, and deploy email campaigns to engage online audiences. Digital Content Calendar Management: Maintain an updated calendar for the website and social channels through our CMS. Competitor and Market Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors, audience trends, and digital opportunities to inform campaign planning. Reporting and Data Analysis: Compile data and prepare reports on website traffic, social engagement, and email metrics to inform future strategies. Marketing Tool Maintenance: Ensure that our CMS and CRM systems are up-to-date and effectively segmented. Digital Channel Monitoring: Continuously monitor our digital presence and support online engagement and community interaction. To succeed in this role, you will need: A background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, E-commerce, or Advertising. Strong familiarity and hands-on knowledge of digital marketing functions. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, plus CMS and CRM software. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely. Effective written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet access. Bonus points if you have strong English skills and even better if you are fluent in Portuguese.
