Leading Financial Performance Analyst

The Financial Performance Analyst role is responsible for overseeing financial activities on assigned projects.
This includes reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and investigating financial results for assigned projects.
- Preparing, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting project KPIs (LOE – level of effort, T&E, 3rd party Budget consumption, milestones acceptance, invoicing, and cash receipts status).
- Reviewing actual and planned resources and flagging discrepancies to project managers.
- Handling project closeout reconciliations and escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinating with project managers on change orders, project status, resourcing, and budgets.
- Assisting in developing regular financial status reports for projects.
Additionally, the Financial Performance Analyst will record monthly revenue for contracts, communicate estimates to clients, monitor subcontractor and vendor contracts, and attend project meetings to support project managers. This role requires self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience working in financial analysis, is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and has knowledge of Project Management Standard and Great Plains system.
Education: BSC in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
