Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Job Description Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard's talent agenda.
- Design, plan, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring scalability across regional and global activities.
- Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation-driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives
- Follows talent acquisition specific processes and systems
All About You
- Experience and familiarity supporting talent acquisition for Latin America & The Caribbean markets.
- Track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations
- Experience in one of the Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms
- Fluent in English is required, Spanish is desired
- Bachelor Degree.
