About the Role As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Product-Led Growth initiatives by crafting campaigns that boost conversions, engagement, retention, upgrades, and cross-sells. You will be responsible for developing in-app messaging using tools like AppCues to onboard, convert, and activate users. Additionally, you will create high-impact messaging, value propositions, and product comparison landing pages that drive inbound conversion. The successful candidate will also optimize in-app customer self-onboarding to reduce time-to-value and increase sign-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion rates. Collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams is essential to align go-to-market efforts and drive measurable growth. Key responsibilities include executing product launches and campaigns leading up to it, building and managing internal and external product knowledge bases and communications for product updates, and tracking campaign performance and reporting KPIs with precision. An ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to partner with our success team to collect customer feedback through surveys, direct customer communications, and beta groups.
