As a Business Application Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical specifications documents as per functional specifications provided by consultants.
  • Perform peer reviews of technical specifications prepared by other consultants.
  • Conduct code reviews before delivery and suggest best practices as per quality guidelines.
  • Implement code remediation during SAP upgrade projects.
  • Support SAP upgrade projects by creating objects and manual steps.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions and interfaces with allied systems using SAP objects.
  • Understand and integrate logistics modules like SD/MM/FICO.
  • Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, systems, integration, and acceptance tests.
  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.
  • Engage other technical team members in design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
  • Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and ABAP programming language.
  • Good experience with SAP classic development, integration with other applications, and Brazilian SAP localization knowledge.
  • Technical skills and certifications in relevant areas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
