Growth Marketer – Part‑time, Global Running Company Join Go Running Tours as a Growth Marketer with the potential to grow into Head of Marketing. This remote role is part‑time and built around a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and life. Overview Go Running Tours is a global running company that connects runners and brands through events, partnerships, and marketing. We serve both B2C and B2B clients—including banks, technology firms, and the running industry—and are constantly seeking new markets and channels to expand our reach. Responsibilities Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, from strategy to execution. Plan, run, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated flows; build data‑driven newsletters that consistently deliver high engagement. Manage digital advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google; evaluate ROI and scale successful tactics across multiple markets. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that expand our audience and brand exposure. Research new technologies, marketing trends, and audience segments; test initiatives in pilot markets before scaling. Collaborate closely with the founder and global partners; own deliverables and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and creative output. Qualifications & Skills Experience in growth marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising. Strong analytical mindset with a data‑automation focus. Ability to uncover insights and optimize workflows. Creative copywriting and storytelling skills that can bridge B2C and B2B audiences. Execution‑centric: fast mover, meticulous, and relentlessly focused on results. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working remotely with teams around the world. Benefits & Compensation Salary: USD 1,400 per month (based on a 25‑hour work week). Managed through Upwork. Remote work with only 2–3 hours of weekly internal meetings.
