Guydeez is looking for passionate and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Recife to deliver private and personalized walking experiences to small groups of travelers. You don't need to be a professional tour guide—just someone who loves their city and wants travelers to feel the same way.
**Role Overview**:
- Flexible working days and hours to fit your schedule
- Contract Type: Freelancer
- Fixed salary: 90 EURO/day
- No entry fee required
- One-day introduction to our company provided
**Basic Requirements**:
- Good to excellent knowledge of Recife's history, culture, and landmarks
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Open to hosting a variety of experiences, typically lasting 3 to 8 hours
- Passion for food and interest in hosting food-related tours is an advantage
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead guided tours in multiple languages, showcasing historical landmarks with engaging commentary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promptly resolving issues
- Manage tour schedules efficiently to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Use strong communication skills to deliver informative and entertaining tours to diverse audiences
- Demonstrate leadership by effectively guiding and supervising tour groups
- Educate visitors on the history and significance of attractions using engaging teaching techniques
