Join us as we actively recruit in these locations, offering a comfortable remote environment.We invite an experienced Business Analyst to join one of the two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US. Your responsibilities will include examining, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user demands, as well as documenting requirements, establishing scope and objectives, and developing systems to align with overall business strategies.

**Is that you?**
- 2+ years’ experience as a BA or Product Owner in the fintech domain
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- 2+ years’ experience with Agile methodologies and Waterfall project management methodology
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories)
- Proven presentation skills and effective facilitation abilities
- Experience working with UI development and large data transformations
- 1+ year’ experience in cloud-based development (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
**Desirable**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science - Engineering
- Professional training and certification in BA and PM fields
- Technical background and experience with card processing systems
**Key responsibilities and your contribution**
We are looking for a person capable of making balanced and efficient decisions on both operational and business levels. Apart from hardcore business analysis skills, you must have excellent communication and organizational abilities, great teamwork competencies, and the mindset of a leader and facilitator.
- Cooperate with Product Leaders to capture high-level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; create epics and user stories for the team
- Participate in User Acceptance testing to ensure that the product fully meets the description and established acceptance criteria and delivers value
- Drive backlog grooming sessions; contribute to forming the team's backlog, vision, and future roadmaps
- Participate in teamwork planning sessions; help create a strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team to ensure a timely delivery of projects
- Maintain documentation related to the project progress
- Validate and coordinate release processes, utilizing data analysis tools
