We are seeking a Relationship Analyst for the Insurance Consulting Group at Marsh Brazil. This professional will be responsible for cultivating relationships with insurance companies, supporting the development of strategic plans with focus in data analysis to provide valuable insights to our clients and partners. We Will Count On You To Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes Cultivate and strengthen relationships with insurance companies Create, prepare and update materials for presentations, meetings, and reports of insurers performance Support insurer-related activities and initiatives, ensuring excellent client service What You Need To Have Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (at least 2 years of working experience) Strong communication skills and a dynamic, proactive personality Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is essential Knowledge of Power BI is a plus Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus What Makes You Stand Out Previous experience working with insurers or in a consulting environment Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience in data analysis Why Join Our Team We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
