This new position is created due to significant and fast growth of the Superbet business in the last 3-4 years and to support its amazing growth plan both organically and through M&A. At Superbet we aim to "Nail it to Scale it"

As a Project Manager Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team that has overall responsibility for defining and overseeing the LATAM Finance Transformation Roadmap. The Finance Transformation team are a new addition to the Finance vertical, and it will be important for the successful candidate to help the Head of Finance Transformation continue to build the credibility and value proposition of a Transformation team. So, a "can do" attitude and "willingness to get hands dirty" will be a prerequisite for success in the Role.

The Role will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and documenting business requirements within a project, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the organization's goals by collaborating with stakeholders to gather needs, translate them into functional specifications, and monitor project execution to guarantee successful delivery; essentially acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who :

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and key performance indicators.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Requirement Engineering: Expertise in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software development tools and techniques, depending on the project domain.
• Strong academics, including degree level education.
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment with an ability to work independently and prioritise workload as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Enthusiastic and ability to take initiative and provide direction to others.
• Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition to quickly make an impact within an evolving business.
• Relevant sector experience would serve an advantage, such as Gaming background, digital, retail or e-Commerce.
• Listed experience or within a high-growth business a benefit but not essential.
• Provide support to colleagues at all levels including training where necessary.

Details:

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders, understanding their pain points and desired outcomes.
• Analyse gathered requirements, identify gaps, and prioritize features to ensure feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and data models to clearly define project scope.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical designs, considering system architecture and potential solutions.
• Communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
• Participate in testing phases, reviewing test cases and ensuring the developed solution meets functional specifications.
• Track project progress against defined milestones, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns, supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Secondary:

• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks (on an as needs basis).

Other considerations:

• Primarily Brazil (Sao Paulo) based/hybrid role with some travel required to other key locations/offices. (E.g.: Croatia, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Belgium, UK)
• Travel may be required in the early stages of projects scoping, during project kick-off, training, and hyper care to other locations of 2-3 days per week on a fortnightly basis.
