We are looking for a proactive Agile Business Analyst to join our Development team. What You Will Do Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Perform requirements analysis. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Perform user acceptance testing. Here’s What We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar. Excellent research and analytic skills. In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques.
