RoleRole Reports To: Finance Manager US FP&A Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo Work Location: Hybrid What You Will DoThe FP&A Senior Analyst – North America is a key member of the Consumer Finance team, providing financial leadership to the Commercial business units across financial statements. This role will report to the Finance Manager for US FP&A and requires strong partnership with the Brand Growth Finance (BGF) team, including the Business Unit Finance Director and regional President. You will lead the optimization of business performance processes and reporting and drive insightful analysis of financial statements for faster, better decision making. Responsibilities include leading financial cycles across full P&L, relevant balance sheet accounts, and driving continuous improvement and advancement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with multiple stakeholders in business units to lead the financial cycles process and leadership reviews. Lead analytical efforts to frame and communicate insights that drive action in the business. Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, OpEx, and Shared Service finance to ensure cohesive forecasting and framing. Coordinate collection of information to complete key performance dashboards and scorecards. Perform analyses, frame and communicate key drivers of variances and areas of risk and opportunity to inform decisions. Advance Finance’s priority of building “fit for future” talent through financial technology acumen and advanced analytics. Support Manager with ad hoc analytics on Sales, P&L items and special projects. Shape and lead future efficiency enablers including process optimization, standardization, report automation, and analytics/visualization. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Economics or Finance. Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience. Minimum 4 years of overall professional experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels with strong communication and collaboration skills. Creative thinker who can work in a team and recommend/process improvements, able to manage multiple tasks independently. Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Desired QualificationsProfessional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) preferred. Experience with SAP, OneStream, Tableau or similar visualization tools preferred. Strong systems and technical skills in process and technology advancement. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
