**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP Taxation Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting to meet business requirements.- Provide expert guidance on SAP Internal Orders and Classic GL to optimize financial processes.- Manage SAP Automatic Payments Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.- Support SAP Asset Management to maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide IT business support and ensure alignment with industrial manufacturing processes.- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and reliability of SAP FICO modules.- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP systems.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous and efficient operation.- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies through effective system controls and documentation.- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO solutions.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions.**Qualifications**- Must have strong expertise in SAP FICO and related modules including Taxation Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Classic GL Automatic Payments Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and Asset Management.- Should have domain experience in Industrial Manufacturing and IT business support.- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.- Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
