Here is the perfect opportunity for youOur MedTech business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.**Purpose**:Reporting to the Strategy and Projects Coordinator, the new hire will support company strategy planning process, and will interact with teams from different areas to build market and company scenarios and understand risks and opportunities. The area has a very broad scope, and as an internal consultancy leads company key projects driving organic and inorganic growth.We offer a great opportunity to contribute with new ideas and shape the MedTech business**Key Responsibilities**:**Support Strategy Planning process**:- Screen, consolidate and analyze market trends, combining qualitative methods (such as desk research, interviews) and quantitative methods (database analysis)- Map customer needs- Answer the "so what" question for the market trends and customer needs: identify the possible consequences for J&J and how can J&J explore those trends and needs- Coordinate, prepare and support the facilitation of strategy planning workshops with the leadership team, to prioritize outcomes, key results and initiatives- Build a plan for J&J MedTech Brazil capabilities development**Support Project Management**:- Engage with a multifunctional team, ensuring their dedication in the project- Support the development of a project plan, either in agile or traditional project approaches- Help the team to be on track, by facilitating team dynamics and providing tools and techniques for management**Qualifications** Education**:- BA/BS Required**Experience and Skills**:**Required**:- Previous experience with market intelligence or sales intelligence is desirable- Intermediate English- strong skills with analitics- Desirable skills in Power Bi- Strong analytical skills and focus on problem-solving- Ability to understand different contexts and see the "big picture"- Build and manipulate databases from different sources- Good communication and relationship skills- Organization skills, being able to find the best way to deliver a job, and to keep track of tasks and activities**Primary Location**Brazil-São Paulo-São Paulo- **Organization**J&J do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos para Saúde Ltda.
