**Responsibilities**- Providing technical support for SAP systems run on AWS- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions- On projects supporting the build and migration of SAP systems on AWS- Liaising with infrastructure, security and other team members to support a customer’s requirements- Providing out of hours support cover when scheduled to the support rota- Deploying tooling to support the automation of basis and infrastructure activities**Qualifications**- Minimum of 5 years SAP basis experience across multiple SAP components- Experience with SAP Basis and NetWeaver Administration.- Hands on experience in supporting customer SAP systems and/or implementing and/or migrating SAP systems preferably to AWS- Experience in SAP Installation, SAP Sizing, SAP Backup and Recovery, SAP Basis Monitoring, SAP Patch Management, Router Configuration, SAP Kernal Administration- Experience in working in multiple customer environments each directly for the customer or as a 3rd party provider- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: R$43.18 - R$125.27 per hourApplication Question(s):- Are you Brazilian Citizen?- What is your working Visa Status?- What is your Hourly rate in your currency?- How many years of Experience in SAP Basis?**Experience**:- SAP (preferred)- AWS (preferred)
