About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled SAP WM/LE Senior Consultant to lead implementation and support projects across Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing WM and LE processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to lead end-to-end project activities, and to provide guidance and training to business users. Previous experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP WM/LE implementation and rollout projects, covering all phases from requirements gathering to go-live. Configure WM processes such as inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, and physical inventory. Configure LE processes including shipping, transportation, and delivery management. Integrate WM/LE with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM). Conduct Fit/Gap analysis, create functional specifications, and oversee testing and cutover activities. Deliver training and ensure effective knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Act as a subject matter expert, providing functional support and resolving complex WM/LE-related issues. Required Qualifications Proven experience with SAP WM and LE implementations. Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics execution processes. Hands-on experience with system configuration, functional design, and integration with other modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of deliverables. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders. Fluency in English. Nice to Have Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, or Manufacturing industries. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migrations and EWM integration. Location: Brazil (Remote with availability for on-site when required) Why build your career at Meta?
