JOB SUMMARY
Produce 100% good quality products following manufacturing rules and policies.
- Process correction of checking based on JIS and Check Manuals.
- Assess factors of product defects found in assigned processes.
- Follow Production Rule: One Cycle Stop, Home Position Stop Card, and Whistle Rule.
- Make proposals or countermeasures for problems encountered in the assigned process.
- Follow the 3S and 3N policy of the Company (No Defect Received, No Defect Produced, No Defect Delivered) (SOP, SIMPLE, and Speed).
