Bradford Jacobs has partnered with an award-winning Technology Solution Provider dedicated to protecting and empowering organizations across the central U.S. They deliver innovative, business-aligned solutions in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft, Salesforce, and support services.As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You'll work hands-on with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.This role suits a proactive, self-driven engineer who enjoys direct client engagement and thrives in a dynamic, solution-oriented setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.Skills & Experience3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.This is a fully remote position, on a B2B contract basis, paying up to USD20 per hour
