Who we're looking for We’re looking for a Visual Designer who brings strong visual direction, consistency, and creativity. You’ll work closely with our branding, marketing, and product teams to design clean, modern, and conversion‑focused assets for fast‑growing SaaS companies. This is a hands‑on creative role — ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life and shaping the visual expression of digital‑first brands. What you'll do Design and deliver high‑quality visual assets: landing pages, pitch decks, social media creatives, eBooks, case studies, and more. Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and product designers to translate ideas into strong visuals. Contribute to branding, product, and marketing initiatives with a focus on performance and clarity. Present and discuss your work with the team and, occasionally, with clients. What we're looking for A strong portfolio showcasing digital design (branding, marketing, web, presentations, etc.). 5+ years of experience. Proficiency in Webflow, Figma or Framer, figma / canva / photoshop are differentials. A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and color. Experience designing for SaaS or B2B tech products. Ability to handle multiple projects with clarity, speed, and organization. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Bonus points: Experience working with SaaS companies or startups, experience with People Analytics or B.I., basic knowledge of UX principles and how design influences user behavior, motion design or video editing skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling. Why Join Us?
