Role Overview

itel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our distribution network across Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retail channels to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Monitor channel performance and implement initiatives to improve sell-through and profitability.
  • Provide product training and sales enablement tools to partners to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to support in-store promotions and merchandising.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, inventory levels, and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in mobile devices, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing indirect sales channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian retail and distribution landscape.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency required.
  • Willingness to travel within Brazil as needed.
