Job Title: Advanced Python Data Specialist We are seeking an experienced Python data engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will play a critical role in designing and developing high-performance data processing pipelines using popular Python libraries such as Pandas and Polars. Develop and expose RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks, enabling seamless communication between various systems. Process normalized Parquet files from multiple sources, generating dynamic Excel reports that provide valuable insights into business operations. Collaborate with the infrastructure-as-code team to automate infrastructure provisioning using Bicep or similar IaC tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python for data processing, experience building backend services or APIs, and a solid understanding of data modeling principles and handling normalized datasets. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Python programming, particularly with popular data science libraries like Pandas and Polars. Experience in building and exposing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks. Ability to process and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources, generating dynamic reports in Excel format. Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams on infrastructure automation.
