Production Specialist

**Location**: Cotia, Brazil
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead losses elimination initiatives using Firmenich´s continuous improvement system and tools while developing capabilities in cross-functional teams
- Leverage achieving site´s KPIs focused and based on continuous improvement plans and business needs - driven by Brazil operations´ strategy
- Support local CI manager with new standards creation/reviewing in order to achieve local and global business needs according to the loss of trees
- Support capabilities development in own area and with each area´s production specialists or technical leads by implementing and creating a skill matrix alongside HR
- Owner of continuous improvement operations´ masterplan for the area
- This role also implies quality deviation investigations, process centerlining/parameters ownership, cost analysis, and losses mitigation with efficiency projects.
**We value**:
- Concluded bachelor level in engineering, preferable chemical, production, food, electrician or similar. Chemical bachelor level also accepted.
- Previous proven professional experience with continuous improvement tools implementations (Lean and TPM methodologies desirable). Previous experience reaching the desired KPI involving shopfloor stakeholders and middle-management (managers, supervisors)
- Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish desirable (talking/writing);
- SAP knowledge and Excel advanced skills (VBA) is also a must have;
- At least previous experience with working alongside continuous improvement methodologies is required. Green Belt certification is a plus.
