**O que você irá fazer**:
Cuidar da recepção.
Ser ponto de contato no local, facilmente localizado pelos usuários do escritórios.
Cumprimentar os membros e convidados com uma atitude calorosa e acolhedora.
Certificar de que todos os membros estão de acordo com a política de hóspedes da empresa. Aprender os nomes dos membros e convidados com o objetivo de construir relacionamentos a fim de facilitar o senso de Comunidade da empresa.
Antecipar as necessidades dos membros e convidados antes que elas surjam, usando informações relevantes coletadas sobre os membros para aprimorar e personalizar sua experiência.
Manter a recepção limpa e organizada. Notificar os membros sobre qualquer entrega de comida e mensageiros.
Identificar oportunidades e conectar os membros entre eles.
Conhecer e recomendar restaurantes locais, serviços de entrega de comida, opções de catering, locais para passeios de equipe, correios, centro de remessa, loja de suprimentos, etc. Ser ativo na rede de membros do escritório e envolver os membros.
Conhecer e explicar as políticas e procedimentos do escritório.
Comunicar e atualizar os membros sobre problemas de construção.
Certificar de que os níveis de música e ativações são adequados para o período do dia e ocasião.
Manter a sala de deposito organizada e limpa. Investigar, escalar e resolver pacotes "perdidos".
Conhecer e explicar as políticas e procedimentos da empresa sobre correspondência e sala de correspondência.
Rastrear, auditar e organizar as chaves coletadas e distribuídas.
Gerenciar o estoque do cartão-chave e solicitar novo inventário conforme necessário. Coletar as chaves e os cartões-chave ao sair.
Fornece suporte no uso da máquina de café aos convidados e membros.
Cadastrar cliente e emitir contratos Emitir boleto mensal de cobrança dos clientes Coordenar serviços de faxina Controlar estoque do Mercadinho Honesto Receber novos clientes e mostre os espaços Atender ao telefone.
