Join usThe CFO Group is currently looking for an associate to join the Latin America Business Finance team in Brazil.**Responsibilities**:- Utilize thorough knowledge and understanding of product, process and inherent risk related to the the Latin America markets;- Responsible for preparing analysis and performing critical testing and calculations in support of the LATAM LCT Line of Business;- Produce financial reporting and disclosures;- Calculate valuation adjustments, analyze market depth and liquidity for determination of fair value.- Contribute to month end close and periodic analysis;- Interact with Front Office and support groups.**Core skills and requirements**:- At least 3 years of Experience in Finance, Product Control, Market Risk or Middle-Office in Investment Banks;- Deep knowledge of Financial products: FX & IR Derivatives, Bonds and Options;- Understanding of Latin America global markets dynamics and products;- Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or correlated areas;- High level of numeracy and proficiency in financial mathematics;- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills to make sound and independent judgment and decisions under rapidly changing and often stressful environment;- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus;- Strong ability in Excel. Alteryx is desirable;- Highly motivated, pro-active, self-starter, multi-tasking and committed to get the job done;- Team player with multicultural sensitivity and analytical mindset over interactions with peers in other countries and divisions.
