Join to apply for the Web Designer (Júnior, Pleno e Sênior) role at Climba Commerce . Our purpose is to deliver the best product to our clients, enhancing their results. To achieve this, we need to ensure a strong visual identity for our online store, making the brand recognizable and profitable. We are looking for creative and talented professionals to work directly with our product team on specific projects for each client. You will create visual structures aligned with the client's identity, analyzing both their needs and goals to provide visitors with the best experience. Our company is growing rapidly, and we need more people to keep up with this pace and have a willingness to make things happen. Responsibilities and Duties Create visual designs for online stores; Customize layout templates with the client's visual identity; Design banners for store launches and updates; Develop other digital assets for online stores, social media, etc. Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma; Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related fields is a plus; Proficiency in graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Fireworks, Corel, or Illustrator); Knowledge of good design practices; Basic web knowledge (HTML, CSS, etc.) and mobile design skills are a plus; Creativity; Curiosity; Persistence to achieve results; Willingness to learn and make things happen. Work Schedule 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday; On-site position at Climba Commerce in Braço do Norte/SC; Flexible working hours possible.
