Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, and will be responsible for data analyses that will help shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth. Hence, you will be able to improve both your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development. Role Responsibilities Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics; Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision-making; Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions; Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others); Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company. Role Qualifications SQL skills; Analytical skills; Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred); Advanced English.
