Job Description : A senior professional with experience in data governance is required to lead the corporate data framework, drive a data‑driven culture, and ensure consistency across data, processes, and platforms. The role involves leading the data governance framework for wholesale banking, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local and global regulatory expectations. Additionally, the individual will oversee the integration of local and global data platforms, standardize metadata, ontologies, glossaries, lineage, and corporate data models. Key Responsibilities Leading the data governance framework for wholesale banking Coordinating the integration between local and global data platforms Overseeing the controlled evolution of data environments Driving data and AI literacy programs Participating in the creation and operation of the Data Governance Body Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data strategy, or data governance audit Strong mastery of DAMA-DMBOK pillars: data quality, metadata / glossary, data lineage, master / reference data, data architecture, data security / privacy Experience with data catalog and governance platforms (Collibra, EDC, Alation, Purview) Solid knowledge of modern data architectures: lakehouse, data lake, ETL / ELT, APIs, streaming, data mesh Benefits Work in a dynamic, international environment Continuous learning and official certifications Language classes to support your career Personalized career development, mentorship, and performance‑based growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
