• Executing a systematic reconciliation process to compare tax data reported by internal accounting and reconciliation teams with the data from tax authorities in each country.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies and variances in tax data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with the Accounting and Reconciliation teams to identify the root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
• Identifying gaps in our current tax reconciliation processes and designing and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, control, and scalability.
• Monitoring key tax-related metrics and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Staying informed on internal tax policies and external regulations to ensure continuous alignment and compliance.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reconciliation, with a strong preference for experience in tax-related reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial data flows, and tax reporting processes.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and Simetrik tool is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a global environment.
• Advanced Spanish is required.

• Experience in a fintech or high-growth tech company.
• Experience with a global company that operates in multiple tax jurisdictions.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL, automation tools and/or data visualization (e.g., Alteryx, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Advanced English
