Browse our Cross Border eCommerce team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Working closely with multiple key stakeholders within and outside the companies including senior management, clients, agencies and other departments by leading and managing high stake projects vital for the growth & sustainability of Shopee- Managing high-performing teams of diverse backgrounds to create and implement strategic projects and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of Shopee LATAM- Carry out improvisation projects relevant to the growth of the business needs e.g. Analyze current platform performance and co-strategize initiatives with department stakeholders to improve revenue, profitability and efficiency across multiple departments- Identify operational performance (e.g. Warehouse, logistics, and internal team) gap and implement multiple SOPs to enable the operational team to operate- Source potential new business partnership and opportunities (E.g. payment partners, 3rd party fulfillment model, and others) end to end starting from identifying business need, benefit and cost analysis related- Ensure that strategies are followed with good executions and follow-up actions are taken during the project**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree completed- Advanced English- Consultancy experience is a plus
