Growth Marketer – Part‑time, Global Running CompanyHi… My name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. This role will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our current markets are growing rapidly and we’re constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. ResponsibilitiesOwn all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients Build and optimize email marketing flows, automation, and data‑driven copy Plan and run digital advertising on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and scale successful initiatives Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold campaigns Collaborate closely with the founder, keeping communication open on Slack Qualifications & SkillsAnalytical and structured mindset, attention to detail, and a strong drive to improve Fast‑mover with a willingness to test, learn, and scale Experience in email marketing, automation, and data analysis Ability to write compelling copy and craft creative campaigns Excellent collaboration and execution skills Contract DetailsUSD 1,400 a month, 25 hrs a week. Remote work, managed via Upwork. Only 2–3 hrs of internal meetings per week. We do not want colleagues working 60+ hrs a week; your energy, focus, and headspace are essential.
