Job Description As a Production Planning Control Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of production plans and product launches. This involves leading the materials planning team, fostering technical and behavioral development, providing continuous feedback and development support. Lead the materials planning team to optimize material availability, aligning with global planning guidelines. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to enhance visibility and control over planning operations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of production planning data, supporting 100% System Driven Planning. Core Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning principles and practices. Implementing and evolving digital tools and automation for planning processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and execute supply network strategies. Defining inventory models, targets, and optimization opportunities. Qualifications and Skills Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience with inventory management systems.
