FP&A Specialist This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the company's financial planning and analysis. The FP&A Specialist will work closely with the finance team to develop, implement, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, as well as forecasts and financial models. Analyze actual financial performance against planned budgets, identifying variances and their causes. Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and reconcile revenue and cost accounts. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders. Support the company's expense management process, ensuring costs remain within budgetary limits. Participate in special finance-related projects, such as feasibility analyses and strategic planning. Qualifications: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Advanced English language skills. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills. Experience with Oracle and Power BI is a plus.
