They should have a strong consultative mindset, a deep understanding of the partner's needs, and the ability to prescribe relevant learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of partner capabilities and capacities to identify skill gaps. Develop customized learning plans that address the specific needs of each partner organization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to propose and implement strategic learning initiatives. Prescribe relevant learning solutions based on scope and workload, such as certifications, products, or services. Build strong relationships with partner teams to understand their business drivers and develop tailored solutions.
