We're seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist to help establish our new Talent Development function. This role requires collaboration with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes and time constraints. You will craft relevant learning content that drives measurable business results for internal customers. Key Responsibilities Translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving growth. Design engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailored for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions. Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog. Continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs. Rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data. Be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.
