Atuar como referência técnica do time, liderando o desenvolvimento e a evolução de soluções de software, dados e integrações com IA , garantindo qualidade técnica, sustentabilidade arquitetural e entrega contínua de valor ao negócio. Conduzir decisões técnicas no dia a dia, apoiar o crescimento do time e assegurar que as soluções sejam escaláveis, observáveis e alinhadas à estratégia da área. Experiência em desenvolvimento de software, com vivência como referência técnica, arquiteto ou liderança técnica de times. Arquitetura de software moderna, cloud native, microsserviços e orientada a eventos APIs REST e boas práticas de API First Design Patterns, Clean Code e princípios de engenharia de software Segurança no desenvolvimento e práticas de DevSecOps Linguagem de programação avançada (Java ou equivalente) e frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot e Spring Cloud) Banco de dados relacionais, PostgreSQL ou equivalentes NoSQL, Elastic, MongoDB ou equivalentes IA e LLMs: uso via API, prompts, RAG e integração de IA em aplicações Noções de pipelines de dados, Airflow, Beam ou equivalentes Provedores de cloud, GCP, AWS ou Azure Observabilidade (Logs estruturados, métricas e traces) Atuação em ambientes distribuídos com foco em confiabilidade (Troubleshooting em produção) Metodologias ágeis Software Engineer • fortaleza, estado do ceará, br #J-18808-Ljbffr
