About This Role We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Professional to manage our marketing projects. Proactive, always anticipating potential challenges and crafting solutions. Strong communicator, ensuring clarity with both internal teams and clients. Friendly, respectful, and able to work effectively within a team. This role combines project management with client relationship management, acting as a bridge between internal teams and clients. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations. Translate these goals into clear tasks for the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring smooth project execution. Regularly meet with clients to review deliverables, adjust timelines, and maintain strong relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Key Tasks: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings. Organize internal kick-off meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that everything stays on schedule and within scope. Provide clear direction and thoughtful feedback to internal teams to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations. Ensure all project management tools are up to date.
