As a Data Product Senior Analyst, your mission will be to drive the development and enhancement of our data products. You will also be responsible for:
Drive the vision and delivery of data-driven products following established product management practices Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical need;
Create, maintain, and communicate a data product roadmap, promoting alignment among the involved areas. Partner with data science, engineering and operation teams to move data products to AI-readiness;
Bridge conversations between business stakeholders and data teams using knowledge of both EBANX business domain and technical expertise Deeply understand stakeholder needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact;
Monitor adoption, impact, and performance of data products based on metrics and continuous feedback. Ensure the adoption of solutions, supporting the dissemination of an analytical culture and promoting data governance. Main requirements for this position:
Advanced English;
Highly Organized and able to manage competing priorities across stakeholders;
Leadership Skills including a natural ability to make things happen around you while proactively managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way;
Previous experience asa Product Manager (or similar role) specifically focused on internal data products (such as data viz platforms, self-service analytics tools, data APIs, ML products,etc.) or on data-driven features in products aimed at the end customer. Proven track record of collaboration and alignment with different technical data profiles, such as Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, DataEngineers, and Governance professionals;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams;
Experience working in agile development environments;
What else would we like to see? Familiarity with the data lifecycle and common technologies and architectures in a modern data ecosystem. Technical expertise is not required, but understanding the flow and capabilities is necessary. Ability to define and monitor success and adoption metrics for data products and initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory aspects related to data privacy (such as LGPD, GDPR, etc.), if applicable to the business context. EBANX offers:
