As a key facilitator of Agile practices, this person will be working on mission-critical components of the Linux operating system. They will guide the team through Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the Linux operating system and tools in a dynamic Agile environment.**What you will do:*** Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.* Ensure Agile practices are followed and continuously improved upon.* Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.* Track team progress and performance using appropriate metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).* Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery of features.* Assist with team capacity planning and resource allocation.**What you will bring:*** Experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).* Familiarity with Linux software development.* Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills in Portuguese and English.* Proven ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.* Experience working with open-source development and upstream communities .* Technical experience or education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.**About Red Hat**is the world’s leading provider of enterprise software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
