Your working environment
Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-oriented and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. Our bars allow guests to reconnect with each other and set the pace for each highlight of the day. From themed evenings to festive events, you will evolve in a multi-faceted environment. You can give free rein to your creativity. Our refined offer is based on 5 pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising with a multitude of conceptual spaces, working for the well-being of everyone (including your own), playing on emotions and senses through the staging, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You are
- Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
- Efficient, you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
- Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalised service.
You will
- Put forward the bar services and instore a personalised service to our guests
- Organize and coordinate your team by giving them seasonal goals and by supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards
- Participate in optimizing the budgets of your services by handling the expenses and by improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profit source
- Guarantee the quality of the bar services and ensure hygiene and safety rules
- Integrate your team members within the Village’s team: identify their needs and organize training sessions for them to gain in competence

At present, due to governmental measures imposed by various countries, access to Club Med villages and the performance of G.O/G.E. duties may be conditional on the presentation of a valid health/vaccination pass or a complete vaccination schedule at the expense of the G.E/G.O.
