Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Critical issue management and frequent updates until resolution via CIRS. Deep-dive application troubleshooting for root cause identification and preventive actions. Deployment and feature toggle management, including data fixes within CIRS. Production incident follow-up and cross-functional team coordination. Enhance monitoring capabilities with Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk tools. Monitoring script development and improvement based on incident learnings. Customer escalations and coordination with Support & Engineering teams. Support planned activities and ad-hoc requests from CES teams. Requirements: DevOps and production support expertise. Automation and CI/CD practices experience. Familiarity with cloud platforms GCP, AWS, or Azure. Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Kibana, Splunk monitoring tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to deep dive into application issues. Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
