Buscamos um(a) Business Analyst para atuar na ponte entre negócio e times técnicos em iniciativas de migração para nuvem, com foco em Azure e operações. O(a) profissional apoiará a definição e a execução de estratégias de transformação, garantindo alinhamento com objetivos do negócio e mínima interrupção operacional. Responsabilidades: – Coletar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais (user stories, critérios de aceitação, fluxos e processos). – Conduzir/participar de workshops de requisitos e transformar necessidades do negócio em especificações claras. – Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de migração para Azure, acompanhando testes, validação e cutover. – Colaborar com arquitetos e desenvolvimento para assegurar aderência a padrões Azure e metas de negócio. – Monitorar riscos, propor melhorias de processo e produzir relatórios para decisão. Requisitos: – Graduação em TI, Administração ou áreas correlatas. – Vivência em projetos de cloud/data migration e atuação em operações. – Familiaridade com Azure Dev Ops (Boards/Repos/Pipelines). – Inglês fluente (ou estudo ativo com boa conversação). – Comunicação clara, visão analítica e trabalho em equipe. – Experiência em métodos ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).
